To produce 24 jellies, pour 25g of ice jelly powder into 1 litre of water. Stir and bring to boil. 

Let the solution cold and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve it chilled. 

Serving Suggestion Scoop 3 or 4 tablespoons of chilled ice jelly onto a bowl of finely shaved ice. Top with choice of fruit cocktails and sugar syrup or calamansi syrup.

Ingredients : Gelling agent (Carrageenan), Sugar, Potassium Citrate & Permitted colours (E110, E120).
