The retention of the rib bones impart extra flavor during cooking. Since it's grass-fed beef, it contain fewer Calories, the amount of fat found in grass-fed beef is significantly lower than conventional beef. But with more Healthy Fats, Grass-fed beef is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which can reduce inflammation, reduced Risk of Heart Disease.
