Wave Money Payment Process (iOS)
1.     Go to App >  Bill > Online Shopping Payment > METRO
2.     Customer Code should be in numeric [0-9]. (Only 6 digits)
3.     Invoice Number should be in Alpha numeric [0-9] [A-Z] [a-z] strictly in the format INV/2108/1234 (INV is fixed and number are editable).
4.     Verify the info and complete the payment by using PIN.

We provide the receipt when our Delivery Team deliver your orders to your doorsteps at once.

Yes, we deliver all the orders to the doorstep of your stores, restaurants, hotels and your apartments.

We don't have delivery charges but our minimum order value is 50,000 MMK.

Currently we deliver in Yangon only. We will extend our service to other cities soon.

As a standard all delivery times will be agreed with you at the time of placing your order. Please check this before logging off so you are aware of the delivery time. 

As a standard however, all orders placed successfully before 6 PM will be delivered the following day before 1 PM. 

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.

We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address.Our staff may carry your order into the kitchen or any place you requested,but only if: A.Our staff has your permission to entry and B.our staff believes that it is safe and practical to do as you request. We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.

You must sign when all the items are at your place.If in case,there is no one at the delivery address when we attempt to deliver, please note that our staff will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will have to contact our customer service center to re-arrange the delivery( see below for contact details).

In these circumstances, if we have to re-arrange to deliver the goods, a further charge may cost.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.  Please note that we deliver goods only to specified regions within Myanmar.

Delivery times will be agreed with you at the time of placing your order. All successfully placed orders will be delivered the following day. Kindly note that there is no delivery operation on Sunday and Public holidays.
