Let’s have fun cooking at home on this weekend. Here is an easy to cook dish recipe for you. This is a simple and delicious pasta dish with pink prawns recipe. Why don’t you try it?
500 g tagliatelle
1-2 tbsp. tomato purée
4-5 tbsp. brandy
400 ml vegetable stock
8 sprigs coriander
Cooking and Preparation:
Peel the onion and finely dice. Chop the tomatoes roughly. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into slices.
Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic and onion briefly. Add the pink prawns and fry while turning.
Add the tomato purée and the tomatoes, cook for a short time and pour in the brandy. Add the stock and allow to reduce briefly.
Add the coriander leaves and some lemon zest and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until firm to the bite, drain and add to the pink prawns.
Then serve immediately.
Tip: For an especially colourful dish you can use white and green tagliatelle.
