Chef Adam has once again introduced us with “How to make T-bone Steak with Mushroom Creamy Sauce ” using Aust.Beef as main ingredient. All the other ingredients and utensils are sourced from METRO Wholesale Myanmar for its promising food quality and safety, wide assortment and fast delivery. Hope all the gastronomy fans would love to follow the recipe and have a great time cooking and eating at home this weekend.
Aust. Beef T-bone (Grain feed) - 500 gm
METRO Chef Fries 6x6 mm- 300 gm
Metro Chef Frozen Mushroom - 100 gm
Metro Chef Baby Carrot-100 gm
Zucchini -150 gm
Red Casicum -150 gm
French Bean -150 gm
Black Pepper -15 gm
Garlic Chop -15 gm
Olive Oil-30 ml
Shallot -30 gm
President Cooking Cream-150 ml
Marinated the T-bone with Olive oil, Black pepper and Salt and set at the side for meat tendering.
Hot grill pan with medium heat and grill the T-bone for 2 min each side and 220 c in oven to cook for another 8 min to get Medium Rare Stake. To cook more another 4 min for Medium stake.
Blanch the baby carrot, Zucchini, Red Capsicum and the French Bean and sauteed with garlic and keep at the warmer.
Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Sauteed the mushroom with shallot to become a golden color and follow by the cooking cream. Cook with medium heat for 4 min the add on seasoning. Sauce is thicken enough and keep it for plating in warm place.
Plating : Serving T-bone stake is to sharing dish. So the T-bone need to be slide it up for nice sharing and follow up with Fries, Mushroom Sauce and Sauteed Vegetable with separate bowl to serve.
Fry the french fries for 180*c for 3 minutes then follow by the seasoning.
