Seafood Glass Noodle Salad
· Blanch the fish, squid and prawns in boiling water for 5 minutes,
· Blanch the rice noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes
· Combine lime juice, fish sauce, green chilli and garlic oil in a bowl, with the seafood
· Stir the seafood and sauce through the noodles, adding sliced onions, tomato julienne and parsley.
· Serve chilled
