Seafood Glass Noodle Salad

•  200 g of Glass Noodle and 100 g of Fish 

•  50 g  of Squid,2 nos of Prawn,1tbsp of lime juice

•  1tbsp of fish sauce and sugar surp

•  20 g of green chili

•  100 g of Tomato Jullien

•  50 g of Chinese Parsley, 100 g of Onion Slice

•  1 tbsp. Garlic Oil



·       Blanch the fish, squid and prawns in boiling water for 5 minutes, 

·       Blanch the rice noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes 

·       Combine lime juice, fish sauce, green chilli and garlic oil in a bowl, with the seafood

·       Stir the seafood and sauce through the noodles, adding sliced onions, tomato julienne and parsley.

·       Serve chilled
