Asian-Fusion Beef Chili with Fries
With the subtle taste chilies and Indian Curry Powder, this Asian-fusion version of beef chili with fries can be enjoyed by all – especially with a round of drinks.
1.Prep oven rack in the middle position and preheat 375°F.
2.Toss frozen fries (according to packaged instructions) with 1 tbsp. of olive oil, ¼ tsp. salt and the garlic.
3.Arrange as one layer on baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
4.Meanwhile whisk together remaining olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, basil and remaining ¼ tsp. salt.
5.Remove pan with fries from oven and drizzle sauce mix and flip fries over to coat and to cook the other side.
6.Return to oven and cook for about another 20 minutes until done.
7.Garnish with preferred toppings or as suggested.
